During the METTEG 2008 conference, the methodology used for the Baseline definition and Project Analysis of the eParticipation Projects that has been performed by MOMENTUM was presented.

Moreover, the presentation included some examples of the Baseline analysis findings which gave the audience a good picture about the present European eParticipation Landscape.
